My Story
I started in SEO because it was the only marketing channel where you could prove you were right. Fourteen years later that’s still the appeal — search is a market you can read, and a system you can build against.
I’ve been the specialist buried in log files and the Head of SEO defending a roadmap to a CFO. What I learned running a 22-person org: most SEO programs don’t fail on tactics, they fail on prioritisation, sequencing, and the absence of anyone senior enough to say no.
That’s the gap fractional work fills. You get the judgement of a director, applied to the two or three decisions per month that actually move the number, without a full-time hire on the payroll.
